Gearless Brushless Warranty Is Back to 5 Years

From Invacare eNews:

Effective October 1, 2007, the GB motor warranty will go back to 5 years. The product information on the website and the owner's manuals will be updated to reflect this change. For chairs from March 2007 to October 1, 2007 that carried either a 1 year or 2 year warranty, the warranty will be extended to 5 years.

Now that's what I call a "marketing decision"!

Wow! That's great news. It was only after they changed the warranty to 1 year that I even considered looking at other powerchairs.
